Delivery in Ukraine is carried out within 3 working days from the date of payment or prepayment for the goods by the logistics company Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta.

Payment for the parcel is at the expense of the recipient. Delivery time is 3-5 days, depending on the region.

International delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta (10-20 business days) or private couriers to the customer's address.

- Wash at a temperature of 30°C - 40°C
- Use mild detergents for delicate fabrics that do not contain chlorine or bleach.
- Do not spin the machine at high speeds to reduce wrinkling. It is best to let the excess water drain or gently wring out by hand.
- We recommend drying in a horizontal unfolded form, avoiding direct sunlight.
- It is better to iron from the wrong side, and so that the item is not completely dry.
- Store the product in a horizontal position, having previously ironed it.

Returns and exchanges are possible under the following conditions;

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Items are accepted in their original packaging, all tags and labels must be in place.
Items should not show signs of wear and tear, deformed, altered or washed.
If the goods are visually damaged, soiled or returned without original labels or packaging, the brand has the right not to accept such goods for exchange or return.
In case of return or exchange of goods via Nova Poshta, the return costs will be at the expense of the client.
